This waterborne acrylic formulation has a very low odor threshold making them ideal for indoor applications.

Duraseal ZERO™ is a water based, non – toxic sealer which can be applied to new or old concrete. It contains no solvents and its V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Content) is zero as determined by  independent laboratory testing done in accordance with EPA Method 24.

Duraseal Plus™  is a penetrating silane and siloxane sealer used as a treatment for impregnating concrete and masonry surfaces. Duraseal Plus™ acts as a water repellent that reduces water and chloride intrusion to protect stone, concrete, and masonry surfaces from damage. It reduces capillary absorption and has very low odor making it ideal for interior and exterior applications. It penetrates deep into the pores for long term protection with just one application.
